Our trainee programs
Our 14 to 18-month trainee programs prepare young graduates for working in various specialist areas. Expect the art of selling
Our 18-month sales trainee program will familiarize you with the challenging tasks in our national sales companies. First you will learn about our entire sales process, our advisory standards, and all our products.
Then you will select the product area in which you wish to continue your career and be involved in your first customer visits and sales activities in your region.
Expect huge variety
Controlling, human resources or compliance — decide which area is right for you. You will undertake both specialized tasks and project work, allowing you to become a specialist. In our 14 to 18-month programs, you will not only get to know your own department. To get a taste of life in other areas, you will spend a number of weeks in a different area of the company. In addition, you can also look forward to spending several months abroad at an Olympus subsidiary.
